Registry Easy Review - We Compared them All and Registry Easy is our choice for Best Registry Cleaner

I put Registry Easy to the test against several well known Registry repair programs in an attempt to determine which program enhanced system performance the most. What did I find out at the end of my tests? That Registry easy was in fact the top registry cleaner.
Of the Five Tests and comparisons I did Registry Easy came in 1st place in three, and 2nd place in the remaining two. I achieved a measurable performance increase on my Test PC (a 3 year old Toshiba laptop that had never been re-formatted or restored) and I’m still using Registry Easy as a full system utility suite today.

Registry Easy Supplied the Best Performance
Registry Easy, on the surface, appears like most other registry repair programs. It wasn’t until I really started using and comparing the program that I started to see the differences and added features Registry Easy offered over the competition.
Here’s a quick Run Down of the Tests I did.
- Scan Time: While the speed at which a program scanned my entire registry and PC wasn’t a direct indicator of performance improvement capability it is a test most sites do. Registry Easy was not the fastest. It took just over two minutes for the program to scan my machine.
- Number of errors found: Registry Easy found the second highest number of errors. There seemed to be a correlation between scan time and number of errors found. Registry Easy was the second slowest program to complete the full scan, but found the second highest number of errors.
- Errors Repaired: This was the first test that started to push Registry Easy ahead of the other registry repair utilities. None of the programs I tested fixed 100% of the errors they found. In fact only Registry Easy repaired more then 50% of the errors it found.
Registry easy repaired 63% of the errors found during the full scan. My assumption is that each of these programs only repairs the critical items that can have a positive effect on your systems performance.
- Boot up Time: Start-up or Boot time is a good measurement of system performance. We all hate waiting for our computers to start-up so an improvement in start-up time can make your PC more enjoyable.
Registry Easy had the biggest impact on boot time improving it by 17%
- Features Comparison: My final test was a complete feature comparison of each program and the additional features each one offered beyond scanning and repairing the registry.
Registry Easy offered far more add on features then any of the other program, making it a full featured system utility not just a registry cleaner.

Registry Easy Found over 1200 Errors on my Test PC after the Full Scan. I ran the scan twice to confirm consistency and the same number of errors was found each time.

Registry Easy Review Summary
I believe that Registry Easy is the best registry cleaner out there. Of course different people may get different results when they test it. My experience is with my PC and you may have an entire different set of problems to repair.
My opinion is that there’s no better program to start with then Registry Easy. My test results proved to me that it could improve the performance of my computer. Unfortunately since I didn’t have a large number of errors that needed fixing I couldn’t test the error repair utility and DLL/ActiveX features. How ever after using this program now for a couple of months I believe it will do a fantastic job and repairing those as well.
